I feel like Scrivens treat you more as an individual rather than just another cog or a resource. The branch team? We support each other as a family. We’re always there for each other. It’s a lovely company to work for. It’s like a happy family. You’ll always be welcome here.
Daisy
You’re not just a number at Scrivens. We want to provide the patients with the best level of care that we can. Support starts in store. It starts with the sales assistants, the branch managers. You’re never alone. And if you know, if you’re in a branch where there’s different optometrist, you can always talk to them.
Casandra
Gosh, there’s so much support, within the branch, because we’re quite a small team. You know, I know everybody fairly well. You feel like you’re working for an independent opticians, very community spirited, but you know that you’ve got that support behind, of a sort of a larger organisation. I think that’s what’s really makes it different from working for other organisations.
