What our people say

Mark Bentley headshot

Mark Bentley

Hearing Care Assistant

I really enjoy being able to help people with their hearing needs. Seeing the smiles on the faces of people you have helped is what I get out of bed for each day. When someone comes in with a hearing issue that is making them upset or stressed, being able to resolve the issue is a great feeling. I have always enjoyed working with people as I pride myself on my high level of customer service and this seemed like a great fit. Scrivens also pride themselves on their customer service so it seemed like a no brainer to apply to join. There are so many great people who work for the company that you really feel part of a family. From branch level to head office everyone is on the same team and wants the best for the company.
