Branch Managers – inspire and grow

You’ll drive the success of your branch through strong sales performance, exceptional service and active community engagement. Maintaining high standards of both clinical and commercial excellence will be part of your daily focus.

As an Assistant Branch Manager at Scrivens, you’ll take on a key role in supporting your branch’s success while developing your own leadership skills. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll help drive team performance, ensure smooth operations and contribute to the delivery of personal, attentive care for every customer.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with the day-to-day running of the branch, supporting and motivating your team to reach their potential and ensuring that all aspects of service and merchandising run smoothly. You’ll also step up to act as the branch lead when required, gaining hands-on leadership experience and preparing yourself for your next career step.
